A student of Special Basic Education Center (CEBE) No. 03 “Cristo Jesús” in Nuevo Chimbote District, Santa Province, Region accmanaged to win the silver medal in the track and field competition in the 200 flat meters modality at the Special Olympics in Berlin, Germany 2023.
This is Angy Basilio Ferrer, an outstanding athlete from the city Chimbote who was chosen to travel with the Peruvian delegation to take part in various sporting events.

After second place the athlete prepares for the 400m final which will take place on Sunday 25th June. The date when the sporting event culminates with an impressive closing ceremony prepared by the Organizing Committee.
