Katie Holmes and talent agent Jeremy Barber fueled romance rumors after they shared a friendly hug while out for a walk in New York City on Saturday morning.
As they hugged on the sidewalk, the Dawson’s Creek actress, 44, beamed with delight as she wrapped her arms around Barber’s shoulders as he held a cup of iced coffee.
The two chatted animatedly as they walked together, and eventually they both burst out laughing.
As the mother-of-one told a lively story, Barber paid attention to every word, smiling and nodding along.
On her chilled out outing, the Alone Together star cut a casual figure in a white t-shirt, long gray skirt, oversized black sunglasses and a pair of Adidas trainers.

Barber looked handsome in a black padded top over a matching long sleeve shirt, charcoal trousers, tennis shoes and glasses.
It is unknown if the duo are dating or have a strictly professional relationship as he is a partner in the Motion Picture Literary and Talent Departments (UTA).
In December, Holmes and production company Lafayette Pictures signed a deal with his talent agency, which also represents Johnny Depp, Harrison Ford and Charlize Theron.
In April, she ended her appearances on the Off-Broadway show The Wanderers.

Katie’s latest film, Rare Objects, which she directed, co-wrote and starred in, hits theaters on April 14.

Last year, she and ex-boyfriend Bobby Wooten III split after dating for almost a year.
“They just didn’t work together long term,” a source told Us Weekly at the time.
The 33-year-old actress and self-taught musician made her red carpet debut in May 2022.
The couple were first linked when they were spotted kissing and holding hands in New York City in April 2022.
The following month, they performed together at the Silver Ball, The Moth’s 25th anniversary gala.

The person added that the movie star was “very humble and kind to everyone.”
It was also reported, “Whenever they went away without seeing each other, they kissed and were very happy to be back together.”

Katie previously dated New York chef Emilio Vitolo Jr, following her year-long romance with Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx.
She was married to actor Tom Cruise from 2006 until their final divorce in 2012. The former couple have 16-year-old daughter Suri together.
