Hearts will pound as the girls and boys take part in a sexy heart rate dance challenge on Sunday’s Love Island episode.
From a cheeky cheerleader to a cheeky cupid to a sexy fireman, a knockout boxer and more, the islanders will be showing their best moves as the temperature rises.
Catherine received a text message later in the day telling the villa: “Islanders it’s time to get each other’s hearts pumping at the Boys vs Girls Challenge #BackToTwerk #GetSexy tonight.”
The challenge comes after Molly Marsh was shock dumped on Friday night after new bombshell Kady McDermott stole her partner Zach Noble.
In the heart rate game, the islanders dress up and perform a series of sexy dances for the opposite-sex group gathered around the fire pit.

As Molly sets out, Catherine comforts her by saying, “Love always finds a way.”
The next morning, Molly’s departure affects the mansion and Ella thinks of her and Tyrique.
Ella approaches Tyrique and wants to know where their relationship is going.
Tyrique tells Ella that he “misses the game of being single” as it’s all he knows.
With Tyrique open-minded, will Ella decide it’s time to break up with their relationship, or can the two move forward?

It comes after Molly revealed she thinks her bond with her former partner Zach is so strong that she will wait for him to come out of the villa.
The 21-year-old theater star said in her farewell interview that she was dying to “move on” with the 25-year-old basketball player and admitted she didn’t think things were “going anywhere” with him and his new couple Kady.
This comes after islanders and viewers were left stunned when actress Molly was told to pack her bags at an unexpected dump.
Their exit came when Kady, who was appearing on the second season of the ITV2 show, entered the villa on Friday and quickly caused a stir among islanders.
Just hours after her spectacular performance, she was forced to steal a boy from one of the girls and decided to team up with Molly’s partner Zach.
After leaving the show, Molly said, “Everything happens for a reason, I have no regrets.” But I hope something comes of it on the outside because I’ll definitely be waiting for him.
“I want to see him when he comes out and I want to pick up where we left off because I think there are unfinished conversations and there is still more to learn about each other.”
She added, “Yeah, there was definitely a part of me that was like, ‘Come home with me.’ I thought, ‘Let’s go and we can get on with this.’ But it’s his journey too and he probably needs to keep an open mind and see if there’s something there.
“I wish I’d talked to Zach and said, ‘I’ll wait.’ I really want this to continue.’ But no words came out of my mouth. I was so speechless!’
Kady’s decision left Molly alone and she was immediately texted telling her she would be dumped off the island, causing her to fight back tears.
The episode ended on an abrupt cliffhanger as all the islanders jumped in shock when Molly announced that she would be immediately kicked out of the mansion.
Regarding her dumping, Molly said: “When I got word that I was going to be dumped off the island, everyone around the fire pit was so shocked.”
“Nobody expected it. My gaze fell squarely on the word “bags” in the lyrics and I thought, “Oh my god, I’m going.” I saw Zach’s face drop. And when I saw Kady and Zach standing in front of me together, my heart sank.
“I just didn’t want to see it, but I knew it had to happen and I have faith in the timing of the universe and everything that happens for a reason.”
“So I knew it was definitely time to go, and if Zach and I bring something good, it will still be. ‘If he finds something in Kady, that’s it.’
On the possible connection between Zach and Kady, she added, “I don’t really think it’s going anywhere.” I know Kady mentioned those qualities in a man she wanted, and Zach does fit those qualities.
“Mature, relaxed and all that.” So we’ll see if there’s something there, then it’s there and it’s supposed to be, but I hope there’s nothing.”
But after her departure, fans insisted they had “rumbled” another big turn at the villa as they were convinced her departure wasn’t what it seemed.
After the show, which ended right after the dramatic announcement, viewers were quick to take to Twitter to voice their theories about Molly’s fate.
Fans admitted they weren’t convinced Molly would be finally fired as they shared their theories that she would return as the Casa Amor girl to make waves.
One viewer wrote: “You should wait until Zachariah is very closed off about a new couple and then bring Molly back with a bombshell.”
Another said: “I’m not buying it – Molly is going to be one of the Casa girls or something.”
While a third wrote: “But do we actually think they would dump Molly?” and a fourth tweeted, “I have a feeling Molly will definitely come back???”
A fifth added: “Does anyone think Molly will be back for Casa Amor?” IDKKK, the plot twist seems too good.’
Meanwhile, viewers also voiced their praise for the producers’ decision to bring Kady back this year, as things took a very dramatic turn on Friday’s episode.
One fan wrote, “So happy Kady is back,” while another said, “I knew I would be happy when Kady came back, but I didn’t know it would be that quick.”
And a third shared his shock, writing: “No way did they bring KADY back on LOVE ISLAND THIS YEAR…one of the messiest contestants of all time.”
At the beginning of the episode, Zach had told the boys that he was quite comfortable with Molly and seemed to be implying that he wasn’t as interested in getting to know Kady as she was.
Zach told some of the guys that he was focused on his romance Molly and said he would just chat up the new bombshell.
He was then seen telling Kady all about his relationship with Molly, detailing her day the day before when he seemed to have settled in with his partner.
However, the two were later spotted flirting and Zach told Molly that if they came in, she should chat with other people too, even if he didn’t like it.

Before entering the mansion, Kady had confessed that Zach was her first choice, saying he seemed the “most relaxed” of all the islanders.
She said, “Zach is my number one, Tyrique is my number one on looks, but maybe he needs to bust his ego a bit.” I also want to meet Mitch.
“Age is a big thing for me, a man’s immaturity is just an absolute no for me.” I don’t like guys who are too cheeky, I just don’t trust them. “Zach seems the most relaxed and beautiful to look at.”
