‘My Three Sons’ Dawn Lyn Faces Huge Medical Expenses After Health Troubles… Husband Starts Gofundme

Former child star Dawn LynKnown for her role as Dodie Douglas on ‘My Three Sons’, after brain surgery and a new medical crisis, she had quite the financial nightmare last year…her husband is asking fans to help them with the oodles of expenses.
As we reported Dawn went into a coma last October, after an operation to remove a brain tumor. her former co-star, Stanley LivingstonShe announced at the time that she was fighting for her life. Her husband, John Reesetells TMZ … things got even worse on Sunday when she fell unconscious and had to be rushed to the emergency room.
John says Dawn was in critical condition, but doctors eventually stabilized her and she remains in intensive care.
He says her first surgery last year was covered by insurance, but a problem arose that resulted in financial disaster.
Dawn developed bacterial meningitis after being discharged from the hospital… and after 8 months she moved to a facility where she continues to receive therapy on a daily basis. John says the insurance paid more than $2 million but had to cover the balance, which continues to mount.
John says she still needs constant medical care — well beyond what he can personally afford until he retires. John set one up GoFundMe to help reduce the high costs they are now facing.

He says he’s never asked for money before, but they’ve used up almost all of their savings and will have to sell their house and remaining assets if they don’t get help.
John says her goal is to get home in a few months and be healthy enough to star in a film that begins production in 2024.
