Hunt for the killer
A seemingly random triple homicide, possibly by an insane man currently wanted by the police. “I am very concerned that such a violent crime would take place,” Newton Police Chief John Carmichael said, adding that more officers have been dispatched to the area because the killer is still at large.

The murdered couple and the third victim were killed with blunt force blows. Ryan urged residents to review any security footage that could identify the suspect or suspects who remain at large. “We call on people to remain vigilant,” he added. “This is the night you should lock your doors and windows, even if you don’t normally.”
