Salma Hayek is heating up on her wellness journey this week.
The 56-year-old actress is keen to celebrate World Wellbeing Week this year – and what better way to encourage others to prioritize self-care than to set a perfect example for her fans.
Hayek decided to focus some more energy on her mind and body this week as she recently sweated out all the toxins during a sauna session she documented on social media.
In the hot new photos, the ‘Magic Mike’s Last Dance’ star was seen resting on a sauna bed, covered only with two folded towels. With her unveiled expression, Hayek seemed to keep things natural; her hair, hanging behind her, looked damp from the steam.

“In this #WorldWellbeingWeek, enjoy the healing powers of the sauna and sweat out the stress 🙏🏼,” she wrote in her Instagram post, which she published on Tuesday, June 27th.
While her message might have been about wellness, it was her beauty that captivated most of her followers in the comments.
“You are a divine queen 😍😍,” gushed one person. Another even went so far as to call the Grown Ups graduate the “most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen.”
fellow mexican actress Ana Martin also added the comment “Belleza 😍😍😍” under Hayek’s post, which translates to “beauty”.
“She’s a timeless beauty,” echoed another, while another fan echoed in awe, writing, “Can’t believe you’ll be 57 in September❤️.”
