American singer P!nk was shocked when she received a bag of ashes from a spectator’s mother in the middle of a concert in London.
“Wait, is that your mother? I don’t know what to make of it,” the singer replied, holding a plastic bag, according to The Mirror on Monday.
During a performance on her summer tour in Hyde Park in London, England, the 43-year-old singer reportedly received the mysterious package that had just landed at her feet after being thrown by a spectator in the crowd.
As revealed in a video circulating on social media, the singer reaches for it midway through the song “Just Like A Pill,” widening her eyes and stopping singing as she realizes what she’s holding in her hands.

Then, after depositing the bag of ashes, she continues her song, looking at the crowd with a worried expression.
Although the incident only lasted a few seconds, many fans took advantage of the comments to denounce the behavior.
“Someone gave P!nk his mother’s ashes. I need you all to learn the limits,” commented one user, sharing the clip.
“She handled it well because I would definitely be furious if someone gave me her mother’s ashes,” added a second, according to British media.
