SANTO DOMINGO.- The merengue player Rafa Rosario, leader of the Los Hermanos Rosario group, filed a complaint with the Financial Crimes Unit of the Attorney General’s Office, accusing the Herrera Savings and Credit Cooperative (Coop-Herrera) of a million dollar fraud

Lawyer Alejandro Moscoso Segarra, who accompanied the artist, explained that the appeal filed this Wednesday relates to an investment he made in financial certificates of more than 10 million pesos and that these have not been returned.

For his part, the artist expressed his “deep” uneasiness and sadness at the situation he is going through. “Today we are very affected by this situation.”
