Rose Miriam Di Matteo experienced a traumatic episode after allegedly witnessing a betrayal by Gugu Liberato (19592019) and even attempting suicide. According to Nelson Wilians, an attorney representing the doctor in the inheritance dispute, the impact of the event was so profound that Rose was away for a year, required hospitalization and is still on medication to deal with mental health issues.
“Between 2010 and 2011 there was a serious crisis between Gugu and Rose. This crisis culminated in her suicide attempt. Due to the amount of medication she was taking, she was hospitalized and absent for at least 12 months. It was an extremely difficult time for the couple. Gugu then made his will and later the couple reconciled,” he said in an interview with Veja.
“It was something very difficult, it’s hard to describe. Think of something very intense. Would that be it? “Trigging a woman to attempt suicide is not a trivial matter,” the attorney said.
