Margot Robbie’s “Barbie” body double said the exact plot of the highly anticipated film was kept secret from her on set.

In a new interview with The New York Times, 26-year-old Emma Eastwood said this is her first experience as a body double after she applied for the role of an extra in the film and was turned down.

Eastwood added that despite being on set for two weeks, she still “barely” knows what the film is about.

“They did a very good job of keeping the plot a secret,” said the actor.

Eastwood added, “They didn’t give me any details as to what we were going to do. There were a few times when they said the entire cast would be there and it was going to be an important day, but they never really gave me details about what we were going to do until I was on set.

Eastwood said she was initially hired as Robbie’s hand double but eventually got involved in larger scenes.

However, the actress told the Times that none of her scenes were given context and she simply had to do as she was asked.

In a scene briefly seen in the film’s trailer, Eastwood said she had to walk up a flight of stairs while pretending her feet hurt.

In another scene, Eastwood said she had to lie face down on the floor for an hour. She lay on the floor so long that her makeup smeared on the floor.

“When I got up, I literally felt drunk,” she said. “I have no idea what that scene was about.”

Eastwood said she was often mistaken for “Barbie” star Robbie on set and that even Robbie was mistaken for her and her double when watching footage.

Barbie, starring Robbie, Ryan Gosling and Will Ferrell, hits theaters July 21.
