Kelly Clarkson is desperate to prove she “knows nothing” with fellow American Idol winner Carrie Underwood.

The talk show host accidentally rushed while addressing reports of a feud with the country music singer during an appearance Tuesday on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live.

When a fan called with a question and started asking about Underwood, Clarkson jumped in and cut her off.

“Kelly, after years of everyone trying to pit you and Carrie Underwood against each other —” the fan said, as Clarkson replied, “I think I know where you’re going with this.”

“People are always setting us against each other, and we don’t even know each other well enough to be pitted against each other,” she said. “We literally met a couple of times. There is no conflict between us. There is nothing! We do not know each other.”
