It’s been a while since we’ve seen Élyse Marquis in a fictional role on the small screen. The last time was in Trop when she played Marc-Antoine’s psychologist. Before that you have to go back 30 lives, which is about ten years.
On the red carpet of the musical Hair, Élyse Marquis told us that she recently landed a role in the excellent series Sans Rendez-vous opposite Magalie Lépine-Blondeau.
“I had a small role. “I play a character’s mother,” she confides.
“I love Marie-Andrée’s writing [Labbé] “, she adds. It’s a brilliantly written series indeed. If you haven’t seen it yet, head over to ICI.Tou.tv!
Keep in mind that the third season of Sans Rendez-vous will be the last since the author is also busy with the STAT newspaper.
Élyse Marquis walked the red carpet with her granddaughter Alice, who will soon leave the family nest to study musical theater at the Collège Lionel-Groulx in Sainte-Thérèse.
We’ve already seen Alice Déry on stage in the musical Annie, where she also shone elsewhere. She also appeared in an episodic role on District 31.
As every year, Alice will be attending courses in New York in this area that she loves so much, to perfect her art. She’s hoping, like us, to get more roles on Quebec television.
We wish him a long and bright career in the spotlight!
