Ellie Goulding and husband Caspar Jopling ‘are spending time apart amid marital troubles – four years after tying the knot’

Ellie Goulding and her husband Caspar Jopling are reportedly spending some time apart after trouble plagued their four-year marriage.

The couple, spotted together at the Serpentine Summer Party earlier this week, welcomed their first child together, son Arthur, in 2021.

However, sources claim that due to their busy schedules, their marriage started to suffer and they decided to spend some time apart.

The couple are believed to still be close and will continue to co-parent their son.

Ellie and Caspar began dating in 2017 and tied the knot two years later in a romantic ceremony at York Minster.

A source told The Sun: “There have been ups and downs for a while but they always had a strong feeling that they wanted to stay together so they could both be with their son.”

“Ultimately, they tried to find a compromise where they still spend a lot of time with their son Arthur, but also sometimes live separate lives for the time being.”

“There is no discussion of divorce and neither has entered a new relationship – the priority is to keep good friends and stay friendly as they plan their next moves so they can stay close to Arthur and enjoy it mum and to be a father.” .’

A representative for the couple declined to comment when contacted by the publication. Web has reached out to representatives for Ellie Goulding and Caspar Jopling for comment.
