Spain: An Algerian Murdered 5 Months Ago Is Finally Buried TSA Tout Sur l’Algérie

The family of Sliman Guiz, an Algerian national who was murdered in Spain last February, can finally bury their son after a judge at the Zaragoza Court decided to hand over the body to him.

According to the media Heraldo, the body of Sliman Guiz remained at the level of the mortuary of the Institute of Forensic Medicine of Aragon for five months. This is the time it takes the forensic lab and coroners to prepare their respective reports.

The family of the deceased had been asking for the young man’s body to be able to bury him in his native country of Algeria. However, the need to shed light on his death has delayed the delivery of the body to his loved ones.

Sliman Guiz was killed by his wife Natalia Ch., who has been in custody since February 5, 2023, when the crime took place in a building on Avenida Madrid in Zaragoza. He was 28 years old.

Murderer of an Algerian in Spain: his alleged wife

The relationship between the Algerian and his Spanish wife has been fraught with conflict, but no complaints of abuse within the couple have been filed. According to Heraldo, the couple used drugs, which often led to arguments between them.

Sliman was heartbroken and died from his injuries. The defendant gave several conflicting accounts of the events of that day. In front of investigators, she even went so far as to say that Sliman was injured when she fell in the hallway of the house. She also claimed he intentionally stabbed himself before citing an accidental injury.

The police immediately suspected Natalia. The suspect had cleaned the apartment and the knife used to kill Sliman, but police uncovered clues leading to her guilt.

The lawyer for the young Algerian’s family, Me Alejandro Giménez, after examining the reports from the police laboratory and the coroner, demanded that the body be handed over. One death was mentioned in these reports as a result of bleeding from a heart injury. The handover of the body was delayed by a lawsuit from defense attorneys demanding an examination of the victim’s body.
