With its new Cowboy Cruiser, the company wants to bring the best of the C4 and C4ST into an electric bike for the city.
Cowboy’s Belgians wanted to improve their proposal here, offering a new electric bike to suit those who are disappointed with the Cowboy 4 and its too high position, and those who want a more comfortable experience than with the Cowboy 4 ST.
A summary of features
Cowboy is therefore expanding its range of electric bikes, adding the Cruiser to its catalogue, a bike suitable for the city that has been developed by mixing the brand’s previous proposals. The bike largely follows the design of the C4ST, namely wider and more curved handlebars for a less abrupt hand position than the C4. It also features a wide saddle that is placed lower than the C4, again for a more comfortable pedaling position. Big differences from the C4ST, the addition of a top bar to the dial and the presence of a much longer and curved handlebar.

The opportunity for the company to offer an electric bicycle with the so-called Dutch seating position, i.e. with a body that is as straight as possible. An experience that the Cowboy 4 with its more elongated position did not allow. The brand finally mentions a higher gear ratio, which, according to the media who got to try it, makes a barely noticeable difference.
An identical hand and an identical price
On a technical level, Cowboy hasn’t shared everything in detail, but the cruiser has the same great features as previous models. Count on a weight of 19.3 kg, a removable battery whose capacity has not been communicated but which could approach the 40 to 80 km of autonomy (depending on the type of use) of the C4 and C4ST. It also features a carbon belt, 47mm tires, fenders and a 250w motor at the rear.
The cruiser has a cockpit with wireless charging so you can put your laptop down. On the go, the dedicated application that uses Google Maps continues to provide not only the routes, but also the weather, battery level, movement speed or even air quality.
It’s the same price, it doesn’t move, the Cruiser is available today from 2,990 euros in the colors black and sand, which is 10,000 euros less than a Porsche bike.
