The days are ticking by and looking similar for Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ), which struggled with renewed disruption to its services Tuesday morning.

“We have a computer error. “The resolution is underway,” the organization confirmed on Twitter.

Since the launch of the new SAAQclic website at the end of February, the problems at SAAQ have been increasing.
The painful digital transformation has also cost CEO Denis Marsolais his job, who was replaced by Éric Ducharme by François Legault in April following a decision by the Council of Ministers.
Mr. Ducharme is a confidant of the CAQ government. He was Secretary of the Treasury and also CEO of the Quebec Revenue Agency.
But his arrival didn’t solve everything for SAAQ, which is still struggling with the quality of its website.
“I currently have two vehicles from my company that are illegally on the road because the temporary license plates expired last Friday,” an entrepreneur told the newspaper Tuesday morning.
The man had an appointment at the branch Tuesday morning, but it was canceled by SAAQ because of the glitch.
Shortly before noon on Tuesday, SAAQ announced that the breakdown had been rectified at their service points. “Our employees will ensure that customers who were present by appointment and on site can receive their service today or in the coming days,” it says.
The operating hours are extended throughout the network “as desired”.
