Gloriane Blais. Source: Youtube The former lawyer Gloriane Blais is again the subject of two complaints filed by the Disciplinary Board of the Barreau du Québec.
The person known to be making anti-vaccination publications on social media shared a video between May 18 and 30, 2021, mentioning that she could “sue” parents who vaccinate their children have.
“As a lawyer, I will represent these children who have subjected their bodies to science. If you need a dose of fear to stop your children from being experimentally vaccinated, I will be there to represent you for negligence.”
With this video, Ms Blais would have failed in her duty to act with honor, dignity, integrity, respect, moderation and courtesy as part of the first complaint. She would therefore have violated § 4 of the professional code of conduct for lawyers.
On the second point of the complaint, she would have breached her duties towards the
profession by unreservedly or unfoundedly criticizing a lawyer’s competence, conduct and quality of service in a video posted on Facebook.
Remember that Gloriane Blais lost her title of “Meister” in March of last year. She then published her displeasure on Twitter.
Dark day for JUSTICE.
The Board of Directors of the Barreau du Québec just removed me (revoked my attorney’s license) for refusing to submit to their psychiatric evaluation order.
Be continued.
