“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards and her husband Mauricio Umansky got together on Tuesday to celebrate the Fourth of July with their children in Aspen.
They share daughters Alexia (27) and Sophia (23) and Portia (15). Mauricio is also stepfather to Kyle’s daughter Farrah Aldjufrie (34).
Amid a flurry of claims that the marriage is over, Richards and Umansky issued a joint statement on Monday, denying they were getting a divorce – but not separating.
A day later, as speculation continued about the state of their relationship, the dynamic duo put on a happy face to ring in America’s birthday with their family.
In an album posted to Umansky’s Instagram, he and Richards watched a parade and flyby with Alexia and Portia and Alexia’s friend Jake Zingerman.

Richards also posted an Instagram update from their celebrations, although this consisted of just a solo photo of herself.
Meanwhile, country singer Morgan Wade, who is said to be dating Richards, posted a solo photo of her feet in the sand, apparently while partying at the beach.
The statement came amid reports Monday claiming Richards and Umansky had split after 27 years of marriage.
The statement from Richards, 54, and Umansky, 53, read: “Regarding the news that came out about us today… Any claims regarding our divorce are untrue.”
“But yeah, we’ve had a tough year. The greatest challenge of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other immensely. There was no wrongdoing by anyone.”
They continued, “Although we are in the public eye, we ask that we be able to resolve our issues in private.”
“While it may be entertaining to speculate, please do not invent false stories to fit another salacious narrative.”

They ended by saying, “Thank you for the love and support” and signing the letter, Kyle and Mauricio.
Richards and Umansky “have been separated for a while but still live under the same roof,” an insider told People Monday. “They remain friendly as they figure out what’s next for her and her family.”
Richards and Umansky married in January 1996 and welcomed their three daughters, Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15.
Umansky also became stepfather to Kyle’s daughter Farrah Aldjufrie, 34, from her first marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.
The shocking breakup comes amid a TMZ report that Kyle “dated 28-year-old country singer ‘Wade'” following their split and that they “allegedly have matching heart tattoos.”

An Instagram user using the alias @facereality16 had a theory about Richards and Wade’s budding relationship, pointing out that they subtly honored their romance by wearing matching silver rings.

Umansky, who appeared on the Two T’s In a Pod podcast with Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge in April, said the couple “won’t be getting divorced.”

Richards didn’t announce the split on social media on Monday, as she shared a series of pictures of herself with longtime friend Faye Resnick in a series of Instagram Stories posts to wish Resnick a happy 66th birthday.

According to Page Six, the property was formerly owned by Smokey Robinson, who lived there from 1988 to 2002.
The 10,600-square-foot home was renovated just prior to being sold to the couple and now features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, eight fireplaces, a home theater, a library, two powder rooms, numerous living areas, a formal dining room, and modern kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances.
Outside, it offers a 1,600-square-foot guest house, pool, spa, man-made stream, gazebo, and putting green.
Unfortunately, the home was broken into in December 2017 while the family was vacationing in Aspen. The robber reportedly stole over a million dollars worth of jewelry.
Afterwards, Kyle admitted that she considered selling the house but ultimately decided to keep it.
“After our house was broken into, there was a point at which I thought I might have to sell my house,” she said.
“But then I look at my dogs and see how much they love this house and I think I could never leave it.”
“They are so happy and it makes me so happy to sit out here in the mornings, have my coffee on the porch in my rocking chair and watch my dogs.”
They also own a home in La Quinta, California, which Kyle once explained they originally bought as a vacation home, but became their primary residence during the COVID-19 pandemic because they needed “a change of scenery.” They bought it in 2014 for $2.3 million.
After all, they own a vacation home in Aspen, Colorado, which they bought in 2022.

Richards and her family came into the limelight in 2010 when she starred in Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
The cast also included her sister Kim Richards, Adrienne Maloof, Camille Grammer, Taylor Armstrong and Lisa Vanderpump.
A dozen seasons later, only Kyle remains on the popular reality series (while Vanderpump has found tremendous success with her own spin-off, Vanderpump Rules).
The show’s twelfth season centered on Richard’s handling of fragile family relationships – including with Kathy – while Umansky was unwavering in her support during this tense time.
“I’ve always supported her 100 percent no matter what she does,” Umansky told E! News in November.
“If she wants to make up, I’m all for it.” If she’s not ready to make up and just has to stick it out for a while, I support her 100%.’

The timing of the split comes about a year and a half after the duo celebrated a marriage milestone with their 25th wedding anniversary.
“It means so much and we’re both incredibly proud of it,” Richards told Bravo Insider in November 2021.
“And for me, it’s one of my greatest achievements.” I mean, I think it’s refreshing that being married for 25 years is a really big deal in this city. And we are really proud to be good role models for our daughters.”
Umansky said that their marriage was “great and beautiful” and that the long time of their marriage flew by.
“To be perfectly honest, it feels easy and it doesn’t seem like a long time,” he told Bravo Insider.
“And you know, I definitely plan on spending the rest of my life with her.” So hopefully it’s at least 25 more years, maybe 50 more years.”
