According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the Yellowstone star’s estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, has escalated her divorce battle over proposed child support. They have three children: Cayden (16), Hayes (14) and Grace (13).

The outlet reports that Kevin Costner has offered his future ex-wife to pay him $51,940 a month in child support, but his most recent request called the amount “completely unreasonable.”

In her filing, Christine Baumgartner points out that Kevin Costner expects his children to live far below their means when they are with their mother.

She also claimed the actor spent $240,000 a month on himself and the kids when they were with him and made $65,000 a month just by renting out one of his homes.

Christine Baumgartner insists she couldn’t maintain the children’s usual life with the alimony offered by the actor as the children were used to living on the beach and in a gated community – which she said she couldn’t afford, 51,940 US dollars per year month.

In addition, she says that the children are used to having helpers and helpers with shopping, cleaning and cooking.

Two weeks ago, Christine Baumgartner asked Kevin Costner to pay her $248,000 a month in child support.

Earlier this week, a judge ordered the handbag designer to vacate his Santa Barbara home, which the comedian rightfully owns, by July 31, under the terms of his marriage contract.

The couple married in 2004 and Christine Baumgartner filed for divorce on May 1.
