Stacey Solomon caused an uproar among fans when she opened up about an intimate issue with her gym gear.
The former X Factor star, 33, took to her Instagram Stories to share a smiling mirror selfie of herself while working out at the gym on Saturday.
She looked incredible in a gray crop top and matching bike shorts as she shared a glimpse of her early morning workout routine.
But in an accompanying caption, Stacey stayed very candid as she opened up about an intimate issue she was having with her gym shorts.
She told her followers, “Are you putting this text box in here because I look like I have an unusually large noonie?” Is it the shorts or me? Why do I always look like I’m wearing a jockstrap?

Stacey then shared a video of herself giggling and admitting she felt she could share too much, before her followers described how they had the same issue.
The laughing mum-of-five said: “Sometimes I feel like I shouldn’t say that because it’s a little bit too much information, but then a lot of you guys send me a message like, ‘Yes Stacey, I get the noonie bump too .”
“I look at other people’s gym pics, and I look at them, but maybe I shouldn’t either.” But I look and I’m like, where’s your lunch? Where’s your noonie in those shorts?’
She went on to say that she tries to be “proud” of her figure and showed off her gym gear in the mirror while explaining her issue with the outfit.
She added, “That Noonie literally kicked out five kids. It’s probably the strongest muscle in my body, c’mon, noon!’
Stacey also shared a series of humorous messages she received from her supportive fans and printed them over the video.
This comes after Stacey’s husband Joe Swash revealed that he plans to place children in foster care once their children are older.

The 41-year-old actor made the decision after filming the BBC documentary Joe Swash: Teens in Care when he found the care system had been underfunded by the government for more than a decade.
Stacey has sons Zachary, 15, and Leighton, 11, from previous relationships, and shares Rex, 4, Rose, 20 months, and baby Belle with Joe, while also having son Harry, 16.
The former EastEnders actor also has a personal connection to foster family, as his mother Kiffy has been a foster parent herself for 15 years.
He sighed, “I wanted to do more for her.” There’s not much I can do other than shed some light on the situation, and that was a real challenge.
“I just wanted to take them all home, I just wanted to educate them but I couldn’t, which was sad.”
“Everyone who met these teenagers felt guilty and felt like they had let them down in some way.”

Family: Stacey has sons Zachary (15) and Leighton (11) from previous relationships, as well as Rex (4), Rose (20 months) and baby Belle with Joe, while he also has son Harry (16).
While filming the documentary, Joe learned about older teens in the foster care system, many of whom at age 18 were unprepared for adulthood and without family or support systems.
According to statistics, the probability that those in care have a criminal record and end up in gangs is four times higher.
Joe shared how proud he is of his mother, who has looked after his foster brother Daniel for ten years, helping him since he was eight and making sure he got into university.
Joe tells her in the documentary, “No one would have seen Daniel’s potential without you,” to which she replies, “We love him.” He will always be a part of our family.’
