The trial is being conducted in judicial secrecy, but according to the victim, Felipe Prior took her away in August 2014 when he parked his car on a dark street and began committing libidinal acts without her consent. She also reported that she asked him to stop several times, but these requests caused the attacker to intensify his actions and only stop after injuring the victim’s genitals.
The victim’s defense also claimed that the injury resulted in the woman requiring hospital treatment and later having panic attacks.

Defense note from Felipe Prior
In a statement, the exBBB’s defense said they believed in their innocence and confirmed they would appeal the decision. Read the full statement below:
“Through this communiqué, the defense of Felipe Antoniazzi Prior received, with regret but deep respect, information from the media about the verdict on which the crime was based. Which has not even been published and is under the secrecy of the judiciary.
The verdict is being appealed as Felipe Antoniazzi Prior and his defense have not resigned, who believe fully in him and fully acknowledge his innocence and expect that on appeal his reform of the image of the judiciary will be enforced. He acknowledged his legitimate and true innocence, which was evidently proved during the trial briefing.

Reaffirming the complete innocence of Felipe Antoniazzi Prior, it is emphasized that this is his civic and procedural status, which, given the presumption of innocence, is imposed on him as well as other citizens in a democratic constitutional state such as the Fatherland, primarily point LVII, of Article 5 of the Brazilian Federal Constitution, which states: “No one shall be deemed guilty until a final and final conviction has been reached” so that injustices do not occur, as many unfortunately have in our country.
