Channel 10 releases new promo for Thank God You’re Here – the improvisational comedy returns after a 14-year hiatus

Network 10 released a new trailer for Thank God You’re Here on Tuesday.

The promo promised a fresh take on the “cult classic” with a new blue door, new special guests and new host Celia Pacquola.

After a 14-year hiatus, the improvisational comedy once hosted by Shane Bourne is back on its original channel.

The sneak peek showed a stripped down film studio as Celia, 40, entered the set as a voiceover announced: “The funniest show ever seen on Australian television became a cult classic.”

“This hit Australian TV show was very popular…” the voice continued when Celia cut him off.
