Star Game: Luis Robert Jr. was injured during the circuit competition

Chicago White Sox outfielder Luis Robert Jr. will not participate in Tuesday night’s Major League Baseball All-Star Game in Seattle.

The Cuban had injured himself while participating in the home run competition the previous day. He injured his right calf, the one who hit 50 long balls. As a precaution, he was dropped from the American League roster. The 25-year-old has undergone an MRI scan and will be re-evaluated before returning to the Major League.
