Dylan Mulvaney has fled to Peru for a much-needed solo trip and soul-searching after complaining she no longer felt safe in the US.

The 26-year-old trans influencer has been at the center of scandals this year – after sparking a storm of outrage in April by partnering with Bud Light and eroding the beer company’s value by millions.

After speaking publicly about the ordeal on her TikTok last month, Mulvaney announced she’s traveling solo across South America to find herself again – and filmed herself frolicking with llamas.

She told fans in a series of videos in which she also posed with a llama: “Okay, surprise! I’m in Peru! I’m in Machu Picchu. Isn’t that so nice?

She said:

She said: “Most importantly, this trip made me feel like my best friend again.” And that’s the best feeling in the world’

“I came here to feel something.” And I definitely have. I’ve done shamanic ceremonies that were like 10 years of therapy, it was wild.

“I saw a lot of llamas. The people here are so nice. I feel very safe here.

“It’s a bit sad that I had to leave my country to feel safe, but that will eventually get better.”

“I’m dying for some rolled chilli-lime chips from Trader Joe’s, but other than that I’m so pleased.” I still haven’t been kissed, but I’m feeling hopeful.

“Most importantly, this trip made me feel like my own best friend again. And that’s the best feeling in the world.”

In Peru, same-sex partnerships are not recognized as marriage. Gay marriage is legal in America.

People in Peru are legally allowed to change their gender without the need for surgery.

This comes amid Bud Light’s declining sales since partnering with influencer Mulvaney.

The beer’s popularity has plummeted since brewer Anheuser-Busch teamed up with 26-year-old Mulvaney and gifted her a personalized can.

Meanwhile, Mulvaney broke her silence on Bud Light last month, slamming the embattled beer brand for not standing by it in the aftermath of its disastrous campaign.

The 26-year-old took to Instagram to address the debacle that has seen Anheuser-Busch lose $20 million in market cap since promoting “March Madness.”

Speaking to her 1.8 million followers, she said, “I waited for the brand to contact me but they never did.” I was afraid to leave my house.

“It’s worse for a company to hire a trans person and then not publicly endorse them than not to hire a trans person at all.”

“Because it gives clients permission to be as transphobic and hateful as they want.” Working with us shouldn’t be controversial or divisive.

“I’ve been ridiculed in public, I’ve been stalked, and I’ve felt a loneliness I wouldn’t wish on anyone.”
