The F-16 fighter jets delivered to Ukraine are viewed by Moscow as a “nuclear” threat, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov warned in an interview broadcast on Thursday.
“We will consider the mere fact that the Ukrainian armed forces have such systems as a nuclear threat from the West,” Sergey Lavrov said in an interview with the online newspaper Lenta.ru, cited by the Russian Foreign Ministry.
“Russia cannot ignore the ability of these devices to carry nuclear charges,” the chief of Russian diplomacy said, assuring that Moscow had warned the United States, the United Kingdom and France.

20 drones shot down
Ukraine announced on Thursday that it had shot down 20 Russian drones and two cruise missiles on its capital Kiev for the third straight night.
