The sixth House of Famous Mexico nomination has sparked controversy within Team Infierno, as one of its members, Sergio Mayer, suggested in a speech that Wendy Guevara should be one of the nominees for tonight’s gala.
In a conversation between Mayer, Nicola Porcella, Poncho de Nigris and Emilio Osorio, the former MP assured that for strategic reasons it was time to nominate Wendy, the crowd’s favourite.
Why does Sergio Mayer want Wendy to be among the nominees?
Accordingly former Garibaldi, The Infierno team reached “a bottleneck” as the opposing team was down to three competitors.
Additionally, by naming “Barby” Juárez as Leader of the Week, two of its members are automatically saved.
Therefore, only one member of the Cielo team can be among the nominees. The other two have to leave the Hell team.
Mayer argued that it was a pact in which they had to agree to continue the game risk-free.
“If we had a strategy now without breaking our pact, what’s the use of giving two people 18 points if one of them is going to be saved? On the other hand, if we say, “Okay, we’re going up against A.” Let’s look for the options between us who would be good to deal with it,” the former official said.
In the supposed strategy, the Heaven Team nominee was to leave the House of Representatives without major conflict since the Hell Team nominees would be stronger contestants and crowd favorites.
According to Serge, Wendy wouldn’t be in danger.
“Wendy wasn’t nominated, he (Nicola) wasn’t nominated… Sorry, there’s no option, we have to protect ourselves,” he assured his interlocutors.
Although Nicola accepted the “deal”, de Nigris did not agree with the proposal, assuring that it could cause supporters’ dissatisfaction.

Emilio Osorio, Niurka’s son, didn’t take a clear position on Sergio’s proposal but suggested that the rest of the team should educate themselves about the proposal in order to reach a consensus.
