“Marc was deeply traumatized by the disappearance of his little brother. To make sense of all this, he found an explanation in the aliens after he found one [cercle de céréales] near the place of disappearance. He lives an unfinished grief and his trauma has frozen him in time,” said Antoine Pilon, who takes pleasure in exploring this “complex” and “extremely vulnerable” character, with the series written and directed by Benoit Lach navigating between those , which is the fruit of Marc’s fantasy and reality through a quest that becomes increasingly complex, adding elements of science fiction and thriller to its recipe.
It should also be noted that Marc and his mother have an unhealthy dynamic and feel guilty for what happened to the youngest of the family.
“We are finding paths full of possibilities that suit Marc and which he is delving deeper and deeper into. It will confirm his obsession and extraordinary things will happen to him,” added Antoine Pilon, referring in particular to Simone (Hélène Florent), a mysterious woman at the head of a gang with her right arm, Vik (Rémi Goulet).
