New fighter alliance for Ukraine: On Thursday, eleven countries agreed to train Ukrainian pilots in F-16 fighter jets.
It remains to be seen whether the war-torn country will actually get these fighters – NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg declined to comment and just wanted to wait for the at least four-month training period.
But the Russians are already using this message for their next nuclear threat!
F-16 fighter jets have the capability of being equipped with nuclear weapons, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov (73). And he reasoned that Russia would see such a handover as “a threat from the West in the nuclear field”.
This, in turn, means: Russia claims the right to use atomic bombs against the West!
︎ Lavrov’s reasoning is completely far-fetched: Ukraine does not have any nuclear-capable material. And even if it did, F-16s wouldn’t change that: in theory, almost all of Ukraine’s warplanes could have nuclear weapons, not just the West’s F-16s.
︎ However, Lavrov told online newspaper Lenta.ru: “Russia cannot ignore the ability of these aircraft to carry nuclear weapons. No amount of guarantees will help,” Lavrov was quoted as saying by the Russian Foreign Ministry.

So Russia will simply assume a nuclear strike and react accordingly. Lying Lavrov: “Our military personnel will not find out during combat operations whether each individual aircraft of this type is equipped for the use of nuclear weapons or not.”
From Russia’s point of view, the outrageous principle applies: “We will consider the mere fact that the Ukrainian armed forces have such systems as a nuclear threat from the West.”
What that means exactly, he left open. However, the Russian nuclear threat stipulates that an “existential threat” would allow Russia itself to use nuclear weapons.
Lavrov also spoke about a US plan to transfer F-16 aircraft to Ukraine. This is also not true: Washington has yet to give the green light to a single country to deliver American F-16s from its own stockpiles to Ukraine. So far, the US has not wanted to make its own F-16 available.
The F-16 coalition is led by the Netherlands and Denmark. In addition, they also belong to Great Britain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden and Canada. According to Portal, training for Ukrainian pilots should start in Denmark and Romania as early as August.
