Bailiffs are on to him: Lambo’s driver is charged with $90,000

A young Lamborghini driver known for waking Mirabel residents to the noise of her car and collecting parking tickets is now being sued for $90,000 by a dealer who failed to impound the vehicle she rented.

“I hereby state that it is of the utmost urgency that the complainant immediately impound his vehicle,” said a court document filed in Superior Court last May.

George Sahakian, head of car dealership United Auto Leasing, has decided to go to court to recover a Land Rover vehicle leased to Amanda Lévesque in 2022. The 22-year-old Quebecois is considered a repeat offender and has collected at least 15 traffic tickets in almost a year with her luxury cars.

“The current salvage value of plaintiff’s Land Rover vehicle is $89,101.87, an amount that… [Amanda Lévesque] is responsible and accountable to [concessionnaire] in the event that the bailiff is unable to confiscate the vehicle,” the request reads.

According to the contract filed in evidence in this file, she had leased the Land Rover for a period of 36 months from April 2022. The driver, who resides on Grand-Prix Street in Mirabel, paid $1,050 a month to get behind the wheel of this car.

She drives without a license

The owner of United Auto Leasing first explains that Ms. Lévesque has not had a valid driver’s license since April 2023. In addition, the insurance company that insured the young woman’s vehicle canceled their contract with her.

“In view of the foregoing, it is evident and obvious that the [concessionnaire] The defendant cannot be allowed to retain control and ownership of his Land Rover vehicle as doing so exposes him to significant financial loss in the present case […] of a car accident,” write Mr Sahakian’s lawyers.

Note that Le Journal reported on Ms Lévesque’s reckless behavior in March. Back then, on Valentine’s Day, she was fined for driving a vehicle… without a valid driver’s license.

Can’t find her

The court document also tells us that bailiffs knocked at Ms Lévesque’s home several times last May to confiscate the dealer’s vehicle.

A law enforcement officer ran into a closed door. He then spoke to a person who refused to identify himself. Finally, another person who responded to the young woman’s alleged address indicated that she did not know her.

“I was unable to fulfill the obligations of my mandate,” concludes bailiff Jacques Bouthillier.

The 22-year-old driver, known since October 2022 for waking up entire cities to the sound of her loud Lamborghini, could therefore have to pay the dealer’s $90,000 if she doesn’t return her Land Rover soon.

She also appears to have stopped filming her antics at the wheel of her noisy Lamborghini. In fact, nothing has been posted to his Instagram page since November.
