The star also shared some snaps of him relaxing on her sofa and posing with a colorful cushion.

This comes after the pop icon broke her silence on her health battle last week, writing on social media: “Thank you for your positive energy.” Prayers and words of healing and encouragement. I felt your love

“I also didn’t want to let down the people who have worked tirelessly with me to create my show over the past few months.” I hate disappointing anyone.

“My current plan is to postpone the North American portion of the tour and start in Europe in October.”

As reported by Radar Online, Madonna was given an injection of the drug Narcan, commonly used to treat suspected overdoses, to combat acute septic shock before she was admitted to hospital.

The insider said the singer “has had an incredible support system around her and appreciates all the love she’s received” since she was rushed to hospital on June 24.

The singer was mostly bedridden as she remained “weak and very tired” after the ordeal.

Sepsis is a life-threatening condition that results from the body releasing chemicals to fight infection.

These chemicals damage the body’s tissues and organs and can lead to shock, organ failure and death.

Organ failure and death are more likely if sepsis is not recognized early and treated promptly.

The Vogue singer’s health crisis coincided with the postponement of her ‘Celebration Tour,’ an 84-date tour that was due to kick off July 15 in Vancouver at Rogers Arena.

Last month, Madonna’s manager Guy Oseary said: “At this point we have to pause all commitments, including touring.”

Madonna had been battling a fever for a month, insiders told the magazine, but kept the matter under wraps in hopes of keeping her tour going.

The singer had no plans to jeopardize her recovery to keep the show going, sources told US Weekly Wednesday.

“While Madonna is looking forward to getting back to work as soon as possible,” sources said, “she is also taking her recovery seriously and will not rush things as her primary focus is on her health.”

The insider said the singer “has had an incredible support system around her and appreciates all the love she’s received” since she was rushed to hospital on June 24.

They added, “It’s still a work in progress but she’s feeling more confident and better by the day.”

The La Isla Bonita artist later went home after spending several days in hospital feeling “better,” a source familiar with the matter told AFP.

Her almost sold-out worldwide tour is considered a tribute to Madonna’s career spanning more than four decades.

Stations in the United States were Detroit, Chicago, Miami and New York, the city where her legendary rise to superstardom began.

She is then scheduled to continue in Europe, with dates in London, Barcelona and Paris, and four dates in Mexico City.

The Grammy-winning icon behind hits like “Like A Virgin” and “Material Girl” has been an invaluable influence on her stellar career as one of the music industry’s top stars.

In 2020, Madonna underwent hip surgery after an injury sustained on her Madame X tour.

Earlier this week, Madonna’s friend and A League Of Their Own co-star Rosie O’Donnell, 61, gave fans a general update on the singer.

After O’Donnell shared a screenshot of the 1992 film on her Instagram, a fan asked how Madonna was doing.

“She’s recovering at home,” Rosie said Monday. “She’s generally very strong.”

The singer’s relative previously told DailyMail.com they spent several traumatic days unsure if she would pull through.

The family member said the shocking breakdown was a wake-up call for the Michigan-born Madonna, who believes she is “invincible” and has been working extremely hard to prepare for the tour.

“In the past few days, no one really knew where things were going to go, and her family was preparing for the worst,” the relative said.

“That’s why it’s been kept secret since Saturday.”

“Everyone believed we could lose her and that was the reality.”

Madonna is the mother of six children: Lourdes, 26; Rocco, 22; David, 17; mercy, 17; and 10-year-old twins Stella and Estere.

Lourdes was by her side throughout her hospital stay, the New York Post reported.
