Another wrote: “Thanks for totally spoiling #Corrie Sharon Mashall – you gave away more than a ‘teaser’.”

A third viewer added: “You don’t tease Sharon you spoil,” while another wrote: “I hope you don’t ruin EastEnders.”
A fifth fan added: “Sharon ruined Emmerdale writing there…hopefully she won’t damage EastEnders which she is writing now.”
Martin will make his final appearance as Spider before saying goodbye to Weatherfield on Wednesday’s episode.
Speaking to The Sun about his departure, he said: “I’d like to think Spider is leaving with unfinished business. When I talk to people, I think there’s still work to be done, but not right away.”
“I really enjoyed coming back. When I was younger I was a little too in love with the party scene!
“It’s nice to come back as an older and wiser person and to really enjoy it for what it is: a great show with great people.”
This comes after Coronation Street fans were unimpressed by the soap’s Spider Nugent kidnapping story.
Upon his return to the cobbles, Spider (Martin Hancock) was revealed to be an undercover cop.
Reaction: Although the presenter warned fans that she would be giving away a spoiler and urged them to cover their ears, some were still not happy to find out ahead of time
On Monday’s episode, viewers watched as Spider desperately tried to find Toyah (Georgia Taylor), who was still being held hostage in the back seat of a van.
Eventually, he found out that the kidnapper was a woman named Maggie, whose husband, Spider, had previously been arrested for drug dealing.
Maggie was out for revenge and armed with a gun when Spider found her and forced him and Toyah to their knees while holding them at gunpoint.
Although a shot was fired, Spider immediately jumped back up revealing that he was wearing a bulletproof vest and overpowered Maggie.
Viewers have been unfazed by the plot so far, though some even praised the cast’s acting skills, while others didn’t understand how Spider managed to get back up so quickly.
