The building, 200 Central Park South, is one of Manhattan’s most desirable residences because of its commanding views of the entire park to the north and Columbus Circle one block to the west.

It was built in 1963 and houses 309 apartments.

The 34 floors feature a rooftop observatory from which residents of the building can enjoy 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline.

Some apartments in the building — with six bedrooms and three bathrooms — are on the market for a whopping $11,500,000.

Other two-bedroom units are $14,500 per month.

The building is also home to notable former residents—including actresses Raquel Welch, Doris Roberts, and TV presenter Durward Kirby.

It’s right across from where another man jumped to his death last October.

The 49-year-old jumped from the 12th floor of 180 Central Park South.

The man’s body was found next to a Citi bike rack and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The NYPD said he had “injuries consistent with a fall from an elevated position.”
