Frida Redknapp returned to her training program after returning from her family vacation in Barbados.
The Swedish beauty showed off her gym-toned physique in a skimpy white crop top and bright blue leggings during a weight training session.
Frida, 28, got to work on an exercise bench in the garden and revealed that she “bench pressed 30kg (2x15kg) for the first time today”.
“Managed to do 3 rounds of 8-9 reps.” I was having one of those mornings when I felt strong so I gave it a go! Children were having breakfast in the kitchen next to me. It’s called “multitasking”.
“I usually train 20kg (2x10kg) and will most likely continue to do so in the future, but I felt like I wanted to push myself today to see if I could do it.” For me, the use of weights is very important and in my opinion a key factor in getting fit and strong.”

Frida and husband Jamie kicked off the summer in style, flying to Barbados for a luxury family getaway last week.
The couple shared their vacation photo album after flying home on Monday.
Frida and Jamie, 50, were staying at the celebrity-popular Sandy Lane Hotel and were accompanied by their 20-month-old son Raphael and their six other children from previous relationships.
Instagram photos shared by proud dad Jamie show the ex-footballer snuggling up to his wife for a swim in the sea, while in other snaps he’s having a swim with his two sons, Charley, 17, and Beau, 13 enjoys in the pool.
The sporty couple also enjoyed a round of golf with their older children and posed in coordinated looks at the spectacular golf course.
Jamie proudly captioned a series of pictures featuring Charley, Beau and Raphael, “My boys.”
He also shared another photo of him and Frida swimming with the famous Barbados turtles, captioning the snap: “Photobomb last day with a turtle.”
Frida also posted her own photos where she looked nothing short of incredible enjoying the sun in a skimpy blue bikini.
