Saguenay: Armed threats after a “sound decrisse”

The citizens of Saguenay heard no laughter as young people played a game of the famous game of sonne-décrisse at home. They were arrested after stalking her with a knife and threatening to kill her.

The event took place on Wednesday evening at rue Racine in the Kénogami sector.

Apparently, the game failed to make the occupants of a home targeted by teenagers who rang the doorbell before escaping laugh.

“The man and woman went after the youth. Some managed to flee and took refuge with neighbors, but others were caught,” said Lieutenant Stéphane Pellerin, spokesman for the Saguenay Police (SPS).

The man threatened to kill a teenager he allegedly arrested. Her husband, in turn, threatened other children in the group with a knife.

The couple, with no criminal records, were arrested by the SPS for making threats and threats with a gun. The two people were released on certain conditions pending their return in court.
