Mantella crocea is a species (in the life sciences, the kind (from Latin “species”, “type”) of amphibians of the family Mantellidae.

This species is endemic to Madagascar (Madagascar (Madagasikara in Malagasy) or the Republic of Madagascar (Repoblikan’i…)).[1] formed of forests or meadows where…) Andasibe-Mantadia National Park, a forested area near Ambohimiarivo and surrounding Zahamena National Park. Description
Mantella crocea measures 18 to 24 mm, with females being larger than males. Its back (in anatomy, in vertebrates, including man, the back is the part…) and the posterior part of its flanks are yellow (there are (at least) five definitions of yellow denoting roughly the same thing…), orange or greenish, sometimes accompanied by a fine black mesh. Some individuals have a very fine dark line at the level of whorls and often indistinct diamond-shaped spots. The sides of the head and the front part of the flanks are black. A clear, often incomplete line runs along the upper lip. Its abdomen is blackish with some patches of color or meshes (The color is the eye’s subjective perception of one or more wave frequencies…) Gray. The inside (in France this name denotes a doctor, a pharmacist or a dentist, at…) of the limbs is red (the color red is subject to different definitions depending on which color system one belongs to…) and black.
