Barbara Palvin and Dylan Sprouse have been seen performing in Hollywood for the first time since they tied the knot in Hungary – a week after their wedding

They tied the knot in Hungary last week.

Now Barbara Palvin and Dylan Sprouse are back in the United States as husband and wife.

The newlywed couple were spotted in Hollywood on Saturday night for the first time since their wedding.

Dylan, 30, lovingly placed a hand on Barbara’s back as he led her through the crowd.

The 29-year-old beauty wore blue checked trousers, a white top, chunky sneakers and a pretty handbag slung over her shoulder.

Her hair was styled in a fun updo, her locks were pinned up in a high ponytail that fell in waves down either side of her face.

Dylan wore a Joshua Tree Wilderness t-shirt, belted pants and black shoes.

The couple are back in the US after tying the knot in Barbara’s native Hungary, where the newlyweds married in the same church where the bride’s parents were married 34 years ago.

Speaking to Vogue, the couple reflected on their engagement, describing the wedding and all the fun that was at their reception.

The couple plans to hold a larger ceremony in California in the fall, but initially exchanged vows last Saturday in front of 115 guests at a property called Harlequin Birtok, owned by Barbara’s parents.

“It’s going to take some time to get used to being called Mrs. Sprouse,” Hungarian model Barbara said.

“Dylan has called me his wife for three years now, so there hasn’t been much adjustment on his part.” “We look forward to returning to LA to our pets and getting some rest before we start planning the American wedding.”

On her special day, Barbara wore three different dresses – a tailored strapless dress by Vivienne Westwood, followed by a shorter dress by Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, which she says made her “feel like a modern day princess”.

In accordance with Hungarian tradition, she ended the evening in a red dress, which she put on at midnight. She chose Hungarian designer MERO to create the look to symbolize her transition to becoming a wife.

“It’s called menyecske ruha,” Barbara explained the tradition.

“I have to change my wedding dress at midnight because I’m not a bride anymore, I’m a wife,” she added.

She wore a tailored ’90s-inspired choker by Tiffany & Co. and a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes that were color-coordinated with the colors of her three different dresses.

Dylan insisted on a “very traditional tuxedo” and didn’t forget to shave.

The wedding was planned by Barbara and her sister Anita Palvin, both of whom have wedding planning experience as their parents often hosted weddings on their property.

“We didn’t have a planner, so Barbara and her sister planned most of it,” Dylan said. “They told me my only job was to show up and say the right name.”

The couple first said “yes” at the same church where Barbara’s parents became husband and wife in 1989, and then again in a civil ceremony on “a small island in a nature reserve on Barbara’s parents’ property,” writes Vogue.

“All the people we love and care about were there,” Barbara said of the church ceremony. “We all cried a little.”

Regarding the civil wedding, she said: “It was a beautiful moment that we will never forget.”

Dylan said her nerves cooled when the second ceremony began: “Since we were already done with the ceremony in the church, we were a little calmer for the second part.”

‘We were nervous before we walked down the aisle, but as soon as we saw each other we just started laughing and it calmed our nerves.’ Of course we both ended up crying.’

Photos obtained by Vogue show the newlywed couple looking completely in love as they posed together, exchanged vows and partied the night away with their friends and family.

Barbara’s exquisite Vivienne Westwood dress hugged her small waist and flowed romantically into the skirt.

Her veil, pinned to her head, fell to the floor and matched her long, transparent gloves.

After returning to Los Angeles, Dylan posted an Instagram selfie promising fans more details about the wedding in the near future.

“Just landed in LA from flight,” he wrote, “thanks for all the nice messages and will post lots of pics tomorrow :)”.

The couple got engaged while on a camping trip with their friends in September 2022, but only confirmed their engagement last month.

Dylan proposed marriage at a location where Barbara’s favorite animals, sea otters, could be found.

“It was very romantic,” she said. “I was suspicious and thought he might ask the question because he had packed a shirt that was too nice for camping.”
