According to the official website of the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in the United States, there are various restrictions and requirements for bringing pets into the country. Beyond payments and health certificates, the information specifically mentions three categories of dogs that are allowed: hunters, guard dogs and guide dogs. In addition, they point out that “dangerous and aggressive dogs such as rottweilers and pit bulls” are prohibited.
In Fabinho’s case, both dogs are French bulldogs, so he shouldn’t have a problem with the specific breed issue. The mishap, however, would be that the state classifies them as “dangerous”.
