Abbie Chatfield launched an extraordinary spray against Gold Logie winner Sonia Kruger on Thursday, accusing the TV presenter of discriminatory views.

The 28-year-old Masked Singer judge opened up about Kruger’s recent victory on her It’s A Lot podcast, and hit out at her after her “disgusting” comments about Muslim immigration.

“It’s very easy for white feminists to say, ‘One woman won. Aren’t you glad a woman won?” “Yes, no, Sonia,” she began.

“I’m not happy that someone who made discriminatory comments about Muslim people on the Today show in 2016 won.”

Chatfield added she was disappointed Sonia wasn’t using her fame as a platform to help those in need.

“How about you use the privilege that you have as a white woman to not discriminate against people of color?” she said.

Chron Australia has reached out to Channel Seven for comment.

This came after Sonia Kruger clinched the ultimate win by being awarded the Gold Logie last month, but not all viewers felt it was deserved.

Channel Seven’s ‘Golden Girl’, 57, won the ‘Favorite Personality’ title during TV’s Night of Nights in Sydney.

Viewers at home flocked to Twitter to criticize the decision, citing Sonia’s 2016 comments on the Today show about Muslim immigration.

At the time, Sonia called on Australia to stop Muslim immigration because she wanted to “feel safe”.

During a heated Today show panel discussion, the TV presenter argued that there was a correlation between the number of Muslims in a country and the number of terrorist attacks.

“Personally, I would like it to stop now for Australia because, like all of our citizens, I want to feel safe when we go out to celebrate Australia Day,” she said.

The TV presenter said she has “many very good friends” who are Muslim and peace-loving, beautiful people. “But there are fanatics.”

Sonia’s comments sparked heated debate on social media, which several viewers branded as divisive.

Kruger never apologized for the comments but said she felt she should speak her mind without being called a racist.
