Larsa Pippen has admitted her relationship with Michael Jordan’s son Marcus has made things “awkward” with the NBA legend and his old Chicago Bulls teammate Scottie Pippen.

Larsa, 49, was formerly married to Scottie but is now dating Jordans Marcus, who at 32 is 17 years her junior.

Now on the Whine Down podcast, Larsa opened up about how their relationship may have impacted other people connected to the couple.

‘I’m not crazy. “The relationship is probably uncomfortable for them (Michael and Scottie),” she admitted.

“I’m not asking him [Scottie] about his personal belongings. He doesn’t ask me about my personal belongings. We talk about our kids and that’s it.

‘We [Larsa and Marcus] have our own relationship. We have our own everyday life. It doesn’t really affect anyone but us and my kids.”

Larsa and Scottie had four children together. They first separated in 2016, reconciled, and then finally split in 2018 after 14 years of marriage.

Michael Jordan was recently asked by paparazzi in France – where he was vacationing – if he was okay with his son’s relationship.

“No,” was his simple answer as he left a restaurant with his wife Yvette.

Scottie, meanwhile, hasn’t commented on the relationship himself, but seems to have an open mind when it comes to Jordan.

Pippen claimed in a recent interview that Jordan, widely considered the all-time greatest player in NBA history, was “a terrible player” before they became teammates.

“I watched Michael Jordan play before I came to the Bulls,” Pippen said. “You saw him play, he was a terrible player.”

“He was horrible to play with, he was just one-on-one, he shoots badly.” “Suddenly we became a team and we started winning, everyone forgot who they were.”

Shortly after these comments surfaced, Stephen A. Smith accused Pippen of betraying Jordan.

The pair won the NBA championship between 1991-93 and 1996-98 when the Bulls stringed together two famous three goals.
