The Invictus Games is a multisport tournament for wounded, injured and ill servicemen and women, both military and veterans.
Harry played a crucial role in bringing the Games to the UK in 2014 when 300 participants from 13 countries took part in the inaugural competition in London.
Rita and Harry have been friends for years, with the pop star attending Harry’s wedding in 2018.
The appearance came after Rita shared footage of the moment she wed husband Taika.
The pop star incorporated intimate clips from her secret wedding into the music video for her new single You & I.
In the beautifully filmed creation, Rita documented her big day and kicked off with a behind-the-scenes look at her bridal makeover.

The couple tied the knot in an impromptu ceremony they planned to involve eight people in just two weeks after Rita popped the question during a trip to Palm Springs.
Vogue published a gallery of images from the big day, in which Rita revealed she wore three different looks by British designer Tom Ford as she and Taika tied the knot at her home in Los Angeles, despite reports that they got married in London .
Taika revealed, “She proposed to me and I immediately said ‘yes’.”
Of the ceremony, the director added, “There were about eight people – just close friends and family and parents on Zoom.”

Rita’s sister Elena was the bridesmaid while Taika’s best friend, actor Jermaine Clement, flew in from New Zealand for the ceremony.
On her big day, Rita wore a range of looks by the British designer and said: “He’s one of my close friends now and I adore and admire him so much.” Getting married in his dress was a dream come true.
“And because it wasn’t planned I didn’t know if the right dress was even going to be in town and I just took a chance and went to the Tom Ford store and they had it perfectly set up with the veil,” No changes needed to be made in my size.”
For the ceremony, Rita slipped into a gorgeous white lace one-shoulder dress paired with chunky platform heels.
For the reception, the star donned a dramatic white dress with ruffles and a plunging neckline, before changing into a statement flared co-ord and lace bralet.
Rita went on to reveal that she wore her mother’s pearls to her wedding dress, while Taika wore a Brunello Cucinelli suit.
Elena led her sister down the aisle while Taika was joined to the ceremony by his two daughters.
After being declared husband and wife, the newlyweds headed to their friend Guy Oseary’s house for a celebratory dinner and were surprised by an Elvis impersonator who provided music for the event.
Finally, in January, Rita confirmed that she and Taika had tied the knot after months of speculation, describing the wedding as “perfect” and a “special day.”
