The mood soared even further as the pre-Tallica party kicked off this Friday at 1pm on the Olympic Park Esplanade.

Fans could enjoy food and drinks, as well as sale of derivative products. More importantly, they could attend Sword’s musical performances for free.
Fans came to see Metallica’s performances from as far afield as Uruguay, Mexico and even the Magdalen Islands.
Unconditional fans of the group, Daniel and Jérémy did not hesitate to make the journey. In fact, they had to cross “13 hours by road and 5 hours by boat” to get to the Olympic Stadium.
Daniel, who has already seen Metallica concerts, brought his entire family to “introduce” them with this group he admires.
“Good show everyone!” he exclaimed enthusiastically.
The excitement is palpable because 60,000 people are expected in the Olympic Stadium on Friday.
