Lute! Jonathan Bennett was over the moon for his “Mean Girls” co-star Lindsay Lohan after the birth of their son Luai. News.

“I’m so happy for her,” said the 42-year-old “Love Wrecked” star, adding, “She deserves all the love in the world.’

He revealed he texted the Freaky Friday star after Luai was born.

“I haven’t gotten a present yet, but maybe I’ll buy him – I don’t know – a George Foreman grill,” the Van Wilder: Freshman Year star joked.

The Ohio-born actor is currently hosting Battle Of The Decades, a new show on the Food Network, hence the George Foreman barbecue joke.

In 2004, Jonathan played Aaron Samuels in Mean Girls, the love affair of Lindsay’s heroine Cady Heron.

The brunette hunk, who was considered a teenage heartthrob after appearing in the film, came out as gay more than a decade later in 2017.

The Cheaper By The Dozen 2 star is now married to former Amazing Race contestant Jaymes Vaughan. The couple is the first gay couple to be featured on the cover of The Knot, a wedding-themed magazine.

Although it’s been twenty years since Jonathan starred in Mean Girls with Lindsay, the handsome movie star has never given up hope that the two would appear on screen together again.

In 2022, he told People, “My dream and my goal is to do a Christmas movie with him.” [Lindsay] Lohan and catch up over the holidays.’

The ‘Christmas House’ star added that he would also be willing to recreate the famous jingle bell rock scene with Lindsay from ‘Mean Girls’.

“I would absolutely do the ‘Jingle Bell Rock’.” [choreography] in the movie with her,” he said.

The self-proclaimed “King Of Christmas” also gave his former co-star his blessing to appear in Falling For Christmas 2022, her first acting role in over a decade.

While the co-star’s reunion may be delayed for a while due to the fact that Lindsay is a first-time mom, Jonathan has remained busy promoting his latest project.

As the host of Food Network’s “Battle Of The Decades,” the Mining For Ruby star leads two teams of seasoned chefs through cooking challenges based on current trends and notable dishes from the past.
