Wayne Rooney is on a health boost after late night binge

Wayne Rooney is on a “health boost” after late-night binge drinking, which meant his wife Coleen had to rush to M&S ahead of Wagatha Christie’s trial because his suits “wouldn’t fit anymore.”

Wayne Rooney is reportedly on a health boost after racking up the pounds during nighttime seizures while playing video games.

His wife Coleen recently reported that she had to rush to M&S during the Wagatha Christie trial because husband Wayne’s suits “no longer fit him.”

The 37-year-old mother of four – who shares her sons with husband Wayne – broke her silence on the trial during a slammed interview in British Vogue’s September issue.

The media personality went on to reveal that Wayne, 37, suffered a fashion emergency before the trial.

She explained, “It was the day before we went to London and I was like, ‘Where are all your suits?'” He said, “They don’t suit me.” So I’m like, ‘S***!’ “With Marks & Spencer, it had to be a quick fix.”

The 37-year-old former Manchester United and England captain is reportedly trying to “lose weight” after finishing 3rd.

A source told The Mirror: “Wayne likes to gamble late into the night and has made it a habit to eat pizza and carbs while he’s doing it.” It’s taken its toll on his waistline and now he’s heavier than he wants to be.

“So he’s trying to cut down on late-night grazing and trying to manage his weight gain by eating healthier dinners — lots of salmon, chicken and broccoli.” Pie type and not a big salad lover but he is doing his best because he wants to lose weight.”

Web has reached out to Wayne’s rep for comment.

In her Vogue interview, Coleen also addressed the iconic accessory people took away during the trial – a black leather Fendi bag which retails for around £2,400.

Wayne carried the bag containing Coleen’s files to the courthouse every day, which the Liverpool-born star says has become something of a superstition.

She said the pair spotted the posts about the bag, including the “immortal meme When Gym Teachers Need to Teach a Bit of Geography.”

Coleen recalled, “We laughed about it, Wayne carried the bag every day after that, I think that was a superstition thing.”

Coleen also admitted that her 15-year marriage to husband Wayne has been “a struggle at times” given his numerous infidelities.

The couple’s marital troubles are well documented, including footballer Wayne’s infamous brothel visits and escort scandal.

But speaking to British Vogue, Coleen said that although they’ve weathered some severe storms, the “love” between them has never waned, otherwise their relationship would be “pointless”.

Despite her hardships, Coleen managed to take Wayne’s betrayal with humor, joking that it had enabled her to deal with all of his other wrongdoings.

She continued, “We’ve never shied away from it.” We own it. I remember having a conversation about this with someone and I said, ‘Do you know what your wife does day and night?’ At least I know what my husband does!’ It might not be good, but I know. “People lie to themselves.”

Elsewhere in the bombshell interview, Coleen also broke her silence on the £3million defamation case she won against Rebekah Vardy, branding her nemesis “weird”.

She explained,

Coleen and Wayne, 37, who both grew up on Liverpool’s Croxteth estate, met when they were 12 and started dating when they were 16.

The couple wed aged 22 in a lavish ceremony in Italy and welcomed four sons, Kai, 13, Klay, 10, Kit, 7, and Cass, 5.

Wayne and Coleen’s 20-year relationship was marred by various cheating scandals – the footballer made national headlines when it was discovered he had visited three prostitutes as a teenager.

When Wayne, then 18, joined Manchester United in 2004, it was discovered the teenager had paid £140 to have sex with 21-year-old prostitute Charlotte Glover.

It was also alleged that he slept in a Liverpool brothel with then-37-year-old Gina McCarrick and then-48-year-old grandmother Patricia Tierney.

Devastated, Coleen stood by her husband but did not publicly comment on the claims – although she later admitted she herself had not slept with Wayne when the scandal broke.

The couple overcame their issues and married four years later, but their newlywed bliss was short-lived as it was revealed in 2010 that the footballer had slept with two other prostitutes while Coleen was pregnant with their first son, Kai.

More incidents involving other women followed in 2017 and 2019, while Wayne made headlines again in 2021 after images surfaced of the star partying with young women in a hotel room and falling asleep.

After getting over Wayne’s latest scandal, Coleen admitted that this year’s trial of Wagatha Christie nearly broke her marriage to Wayne because she was “hurt and short-tempered and he didn’t believe she was the same person anymore.”

Rebekah had sued Coleen over allegations that she leaked details of Coleen’s personal life to the press after Coleen conducted an elaborate undercover operation to find out who was leaking stories about her to The Sun.

And despite Coleen winning the £3million defamation trial, she admitted things weren’t going so smoothly at home and she felt the stress was taking her life away.

She said that while the soccer coach “supported her,” the process “took its toll” as she focused on winning the court case.

Coleen admitted the couple had “differences” because she was “quite short-tempered” and barely had time for him.

Coleen also confessed that she was forced to spend hours on the phone with her legal team, which meant her family had to step in to help look after her four sons.

It comes after last year, when Coleen explained how she had to tune out other people’s opinions on her marriage to Wayne.

In the Amazon Prime documentary about her husband’s life and football career, Coleen spoke openly about her husband’s cheating on camera for the first time.

The mother-of-four thanked her parents Colette and Tony for their support as she admits one of the reasons she stayed in her marriage through Wayne’s various cheating and alcohol scandals was because of her children.

In the new documentary, Coleen says she relied on her family’s support and her own instincts to decide whether to stay in the relationship, pointing out:

“When you make those decisions, you have to focus on what you want and not on other people because so many people say different things to you.” “Oh, why is she getting back together with him?”

“Of course I listen to the people who are important to me. My parents always give me a positive attitude towards things.” There’s nothing we can’t handle and that’s my way of being in a situation – let’s sit down together and see what we can do and if we can make it work can? And we have. “We’re not the lovesick type anyway, we like to laugh and we work well together.”

Adding that there’s some truth to the idea that they stayed together for their four boys, she explains, “It was part of it, but we still love each other too.”

“Hopefully he learned and doesn’t end up in one of those horrible situations again.” But it happened and I have to live with it. If I couldn’t take it, I would have ended the relationship.’

Wagatha Christie timeline: how the war between Coleen and Rebekah unfolded

September 2017 to October 2019 – The Sun runs a series of articles about Coleen, including how she traveled to Mexico to address the “sex selection” treatment of babies, her plan to revive her television career, and the flooding her basement.

October 9, 2019 – Coleen took to social media to accuse Rebekah of selling stories from her personal Instagram account to the tabloids.

Coleen says she spent five months trying to figure out who was sharing information about her and her family from the posts she made on her personal social media page.

After spreading a series of “fake” stories and using an elimination process, Coleen claims they were viewed by Rebekah’s Instagram account.

Rebekah, who was pregnant with her fifth child at the time, denies the allegations and says various people have had access to her Instagram over the years.

She claims to be “so upset” by Coleen’s accusation, later adding, “I thought she was my girlfriend but she absolutely blew me away.”

The public dispute made headlines around the world, and the hashtag #WagathaChristie is trending.

February 13, 2020 – In a tearful appearance on ITV’s ‘Loose Women’, Rebekah says the stress of the argument caused her to have severe anxiety attacks and “ended up in hospital three times”. Coleen says in a statement that she does not want to “engage in any further public debate.”

Shortly after Coleen's public accusation, Rebekah - who was pregnant at the time and vacationing in Dubai - denied any involvement (above)

June 23, 2020 – It turns out that Rebekah has filed a defamation case against Coleen.

Rebekah’s attorneys allege she “suffered extreme distress, hurt, fear and embarrassment as a result of the post’s publication and the events that followed.”

19-20 November 2020 – The defamation case takes place for the first time in London before the High Court. A judge concludes that in her October 2019 submission, Coleen “clearly identified” Rebekah as “guilty of a serious and persistent breach of trust.”

Judge Warby concluded that the “natural and ordinary” meaning of the posts was that Rebekah “had regularly and frequently abused her status as a trusted follower of Coleen’s personal Instagram account by secretly informing The Sun about Coleen’s private posts and.” stories informed”.

February 8-9, 2022 – A series of sensitive messages between Rebekah and her agent Caroline Watt – which Coleen’s attorneys claim relate to her – are revealed at a preliminary court hearing.

The court was told Rebekah was not referring to Coleen when she referred to someone as a “bad bitch” in a conversation with Ms Watt.

Coleen’s lawyers are seeking more information from the WhatsApp messages, but the court is told Ms Watt’s phone fell in the North Sea after a boat she was on struck a wave before more information could be extracted from it .

Feb. 14 – Coleen is denied permission to file a lawsuit in the Supreme Court against Ms. Watt for misappropriation of private information, to be heard alongside the defamation suit. A Supreme Court Justice, Ms. Justice Steyn, says the bid was made too late and earlier avenues to pursue the lawsuit were missed.

April 13 – Ms Watt is unable to testify orally in the forthcoming defamation trial, the Supreme Court is told as the case is remanded for another hearing.

The agent revokes permission to use her testimony and withdraws her waiver, which would have allowed Sun journalists to say if she was a source of the allegedly leaked stories.

April 29 – Rebekah “appears to accept” her agent was the source of alleged leaked stories, Coleen’s attorney David Sherborne tells the Supreme Court. He argues that new testimony provided by Rebekah suggests Ms Watt was the source, but Rebekah claims she “neither authorized nor condoned it”.

Rebekah’s attorney Hugh Tomlinson says the statement does not contain any “changes to the case being brought” because her legal team did not communicate with Ms Watt.

From May 10th – The process takes seven days
