TOWIE’s Amy Childs has been praised by her fans for showing off her ‘real’ body after giving birth.
The mother-of-four, 33, gave birth to twins with fiancé Billy Delbosq in April and posted a body-positive snap to her Instagram on Sunday.
Amy is also the proud mother of five-year-old Polly with her ex-boyfriend Bradley Wright and their two-year-old son Ritchie Jr. from a previous relationship.
In the snap, she showed off her figure in a black swimsuit and told her followers how she started “loving herself again” after struggling with insecurities following her c-section.
She captioned the post, “Body Positivity Post.” I don’t do any of this on my social media posts, but sometimes it’s important to show the real you!!

“Since having my twins I’ve been somewhat aware of my post pregnancy weight, it’s been quite a struggle lately. I also had an emergency c-section because the twins were unable to exercise due to the belly protruding.
“BUT while I’m still not 100% happy with myself, I don’t think I look that bad.”
“I’m driving Bill crazy if I look big in this,” but come on, I’m getting to a point mentally and physically where I can start loving myself again. We have these mothers.’
Fans loved the post and her honesty as they praised her. One wrote in response: “You look great…size doesn’t determine whether someone looks ‘okay’ or ‘good’, a body that lives, functions and sustains that person.” Life looks freaking great.. .

It comes after Amy broke down in tears as she revealed the horrific moment one of her newborn twins “almost died” during a “traumatic birth” in April.
In the first episode of her ITVBe series The Twin Life, Amy revealed that she was taken to the theater with her babies while she was in labour.
In a clip from her reality show, Amy looked snuggly as she reflected on the birth of her new babies.
She said, “It was horrible, it was just tragic.” And I just looked at Bill and I was like, “What’s wrong?” “Is the baby okay?”
Through tears, she continued, “Then the midwife carried me to the operating room with her hand still inside me so that the umbilical cord wouldn’t come out because the moment it comes out the baby would have died.”
Baby Billy was hospitalized with fluid in his lungs shortly after birth, according to The Sun, with the traumatic events set to show on the series.
Amy previously revealed that she was ordered to have an emergency c-section despite originally planning a natural birth.

Amy and boyfriend Billy Delbosq, 38, have been together since October 2021, just two months after the mother-of-two split from ex-boyfriend Tim after 14 months together.
Amy has daughter Polly, five, with her ex-boyfriend Bradley Wright, and is also a mother to two-year-old son Ritchie Jr.
Last year she decided to stop birth control. However, the reality TV star wasn’t expecting to conceive so soon when she found out she was pregnant just two months later.
The couple was even more surprised when Amy later found out she was going to have twins.
