Happy birthday to Sarah Hyland and husband Wells Adams who are celebrating their first wedding anniversary.
The ‘Modern Family’ star and the ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ star both took to Instagram to share some sweet sentiments, which turned out to be an affair early this morning.
“A year married to you just flew by,” Hyland, 32, began captioning a wedding photo in which Adams shows off his wedding ring.
She continued, “You are my HUSBAND.” My best friend. My true north. I love you more than words can express and every day is the best day when I’m with you. “Marriage is the most fun I’ve ever had because I get to be married to you.”
Adams, 39, wasted no time in replying, writing: “How did you get there before me?!?” It’s 4am in Fiji!!!!! But I love you more. So there it is.’

When the reality star finally posted his own wedding photo to his Instagram page, he ended up posting one as they exchanged their wedding ceremony during the ceremony, which featured his wife with a witchy expression on her face.
“Happy first anniversary to my perfect wife.” I love you more. Plus one. “Anything you say,” he joked, referring to her look in the picture.
To her left is Hyland’s Modern Family co-star Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who officiated at the wedding.
Adams also took to Instagram Stories, declaring, “Happy birthday to the love of my life, along with a photo of one of the couple’s phone conversations, which he said was recorded “when we first started dating remotely .”
In a post that apparently struck a chord with his wife, Adams edited two vintage, retro photos of the couple from their high school days: “High school sweethearts,” he wrote above.
After the sweet feeling broke her heart, Hyland responded with a confession, “I’m crying.”
There is also a photo of the couple snuggled up in a chair and dressed identically: black jeans and a red and black checked shirt.
“This is from a surprise birthday party where everyone was dressed like me.” “She made it,” the Bachelorette actor revealed at the bottom of the picture.

Hyland also shared a number of snaps taken on their wedding day, including one of Wells leading his new wife onto the dance floor by traditionally twirling his lady.
“The only dance partner I’ll ever need,” she gushed under the black-and-white photo.
Hyland and Adams first got together online in 2017 after she gushed about the radio personality during his Bachelor In Paradise season.
In 2019, they would get engaged, however their wedding was pushed back to August 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The ceremony, which was attended by family and close friends, took place at a winery in Santa Ynez, California.
