Ariana Grande is the latest artist to decide to part ways with Hollywood executive Scooter Braun and his company SB Projects.
The news that the 30-year-old 7 Rings hitmaker has split from her longtime manager, 42, which Billboard confirmed on Monday, came on the same day it was revealed that singer Demi Lovato has also decided to part ways separate from brown.
Grande’s relationship with Braun dates back to their debut album, Yours Truly, released in 2013.
Under Braun’s management, Ariana has released a total of six albums, five of which have reached #1 on the Billboard 200.
It is currently not clear if Grande is severing all ties with the manager.

The 31-year-old singer and the music mogul split “amicably,” Billboard first reported on the same day.
The reason for the professional split is unclear at this time, although Braun’s recent heartfelt social media post, in which he wrote Lovato — who is non-binary and uses the pronouns “she/her” and “they/them” interchangeably – congratulations Birthday wishes – shows that he harbors no ill will toward them.

The news comes at an odd time as it comes after Justin Bieber, who may be Braun’s most high-profile client, had to deny he was planning to drop Braun and was looking for new management.
However, Lovato and Braun ended their working relationship a month ago before rumors about Bieber surfaced.
A spokesman for Bieber and Braun later denied the Puck News report in a statement to .
Lovato signed with Braun and his company SB Projects in 2019 and was previously managed by Phil McIntyre of PhilyMack.
She celebrated the moment she signed with Braun’s company with photos of herself and Braun grinning from ear to ear after signing the deal.
