According to the official Irna agency, a copy of the Mohajer 10 was presented to President Ebrahim Raisi during a visit to an exhibition organized to mark Defense Industry Day in Tehran.

This new model in the Mohajer range (‘wandering’ in Persian) has a range of 2,000 kilometers, a range of 24 hours and a maximum altitude of 7,000 m, Irna said.

It can fly at a maximum speed of 210 km/h, is equipped with electronic reconnaissance equipment and can carry a load of 300 kg, which allows it “to carry all types of bombs and ammunition,” the agency added, without going into details.

The Mohajer series of combat drones have been in development for use by the Army and Revolutionary Guard Corps since the Iran-Iraq War in the 1980s.

Recently, the Islamic Republic was accused of supplying Russia with drones, including Shahed 136 suicide bombers, to carry out attacks in Ukraine.

Tehran admitted to supplying drones to Moscow, but assured that those supplies took place before the offensive in Ukraine, but not escaping a volley of Western sanctions.

The United States warned in June that Russia is receiving equipment from Iran to “build a drone factory” on its soil.
