Lizzo plans to sue dancers who accuse her of sexual harassment – new photos show accusers posing with topless dancers in Paris weeks after claims the singer forced her to have banana sex in Amsterdam

Lizzo plans to sue three of her former backing dancers who are currently suing her over allegations of sexual harassment.

Crystal Williams, 24, Noelle Rodriguez, 25, and Arianna Davis, 26, have accused the 35-year-old Grammy winner of sexual and racial harassment and creating a hostile work environment before touring Europe in February and March.

Lizzo has vehemently denied the allegations made against her in the lawsuit. The lawsuit alleges she pressured staff into touching naked performers at a club in Amsterdam, including for weight shaming.

New photos have emerged from of the trio happily posing backstage with topless performers at the Crazy Horse cabaret in Paris on March 5, 2023 – weeks after they claimed Lizzo pushed them to do so in February , eating bananas and grabbing dildos from performers’ vaginas on a night out in Amsterdam’s notorious red-light district.

Lizzo’s lawyer, Marty Singer, told that the plaintiffs were “hanging out behind the scenes” and “merrily partying” despite allegations in their lawsuit that they were forced to act against their will.

In a statement, Singer said, “An old saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words.” The photos and videos of plaintiffs Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams and Noelle Rodriguez, taken after the topless cabaret show at Paris’ Crazy Horse cabaret drinking happily backstage with the actors speak volumes.

“In their lawsuit, the three plaintiffs allege that on March 5, 2023, they were forced against their will to attend the Crazy Horse show. In fact, after watching the topless dance show, they went backstage with the other Big Grrrls dancers to meet the cast.

“Photos and videos show Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams and Noelle Rodriguez happily cavorting backstage with the Crazy Horse dancers, all wearing colorful wigs.”

“These images, which show the three plaintiffs merrily reveling backstage after the topless show, were taken following their visit to the banana bar in Amsterdam in February 2023, which they complain about in their lawsuit.”

“A few weeks after the visit to Crazy Horse shown in the pictures, all three plaintiffs took a break and decided to get back up and return to the third leg of Lizzo’s tour.

Singer also referenced an audition tape for Lizzo’s “Watch Out for the Big Grrrls” recorded by prosecutor Arianna Davis and submitted on April 5, 2023, in which Davis stated that she would be auditioning as a singer and expressed, that working with Lizzo was “amazing” and “so great, nice trip.”

Arianna later opened up to TMZ to provide a statement on the final clip.

She explained, “Until the last minute, I didn’t realize how bad it was and how much I was being taken advantage of.” I just wanted to save my job. This video further explains how hard I tried to please Lizzo.”

Singer continued, “After Ms Davis’ casting video was released, she attempted to explain her glowing comments about Lizzo by claiming that the ‘bulk’ of her allegations were based on things that happened later. The facts, including these pictures, completely contradict this excuse.

“These irrefutable photos and videos, along with other substantial evidence, demonstrate the glaring contradictions between what the plaintiffs allege in their sham lawsuit and what is actually proven by the facts.” The lawsuit is a fraud. Lizzo intends to sue for malicious prosecution after she prevails and these flimsy claims are dismissed.’

Prosecutors’ attorney Neama Rahmani told TMZ, who first reported Lizzo’s lawsuit plans, “Of course they wanted to keep their jobs.” They had bills to pay like everyone else, but eventually they had enough of the abuse. We stand behind every claim in the lawsuit and look forward to the process.

“We’ve heard from other former employees who have shared similar stories, and as per today’s Los Angeles Times article, how Lizzo in the 2022 HBO Max documentary Love Lizzo intimated footage of her dancers without their permission we think I’m seeing even more of a pattern in how much Lizzo thinks of those who work for her. Obviously not very much.’

The trio’s lawsuit alleges that the four-time Grammy winner pressured dancers into interacting with sex show performers on a wild night on February 23 in Amsterdam’s notorious red-light district.

“Things quickly got out of hand,” the lawsuit says.

“Lizzo began inviting the performers to take turns touching the naked performers, catching the dildos shot out of the performers’ vaginas, and eating bananas that were sticking out of the performers’ vaginas.

The trio claim the plus-sized pop icon dragged them to demeaning sex shows during their European tour in February and March.

The trio claim the raunchy performances caused them emotional distress, but within weeks all three had inked new deals with the “Truth Hurts” hitmaker, Singer said earlier this week.

A representative for Davis and Williams signed a memorandum of agreement April 11, while a representative for Rodriguez confirmed their engagement in an email dated April 4, according to documents exclusively made available to .

Singer insists the former dancers’ lawsuit, filed in LA Superior Court, is fraught with inconsistencies and “material” factual inaccuracies.

“Even at this early stage in the process, her case was damaged beyond repair,” the veteran showbiz attorney told us.

The Aug. 1 lawsuit was a smash hit for body-positive role model Lizzo, who denies a range of allegations ranging from “fat shaming” and disability discrimination to assault and false imprisonment.

She is seeking unspecified damages from Melissa Viviane Jefferson – Lizzo’s real name – her production company Big Grrrl Big Touring, Inc. and Shirlene Quigley, captain of the performer’s dance team.

The lawsuit alleges that the four-time Grammy winner coerced dancers into interacting with sex show performers on a wild night on February 23 in Amsterdam’s notorious red-light district.

“Things quickly got out of hand,” the lawsuit says.

“Lizzo began inviting the performers to take turns touching the naked performers, catching the dildos shot out of the performers’ vaginas, and eating bananas that were sticking out of the performers’ vaginas.

“Then Lizzo turned her attention to Ms. Davis and began pressuring Ms. Davis into touching the breasts of one of the naked women who were performing at the club.” Lizzo began leading a chant that turned on Ms. Davis.’

The plaintiffs allege that a month later, Lizzo tricked them into attending another erotic show in Paris where “nudity was the main focus.”

Failing to warn them about the adult content was like depriving them of “the choice not to participate,” the lawsuit says, and the three were shocked and angry.

Weeks later, however, Davis, Rodriguez and Williams willingly signed up for the third leg of Lizzo’s “The Special Tour,” Singer points out.

“All three plaintiffs were off from March 27 to April 15, 2023, following the second leg of the tour and the alleged incidents in Amsterdam in February and Paris in March,” he told .

“Each of them had the choice to sign a new agreement to re-appear for the third leg of the Tour. All three decided to sign an additional agreement to line up again for the third stage of the tour.

“If they had been subjected to Lizzo’s horrific behavior as alleged in the lawsuit, why would they have chosen to return?”

Singer made a similar claim earlier this month after releasing footage of Davis recording a video interview for the second season of Lizzo’s show Watch Out for the Big Grrrls.

“I’ve been working for Lizzo for almost a year now and it’s been an incredible and beautiful journey,” Davis says in the April 5 video, hailing Lizzo as an inspiration and “queen.”

“After Ms. Davis’ audition video was released, she attempted to justify her enthusiastic comments about Lizzo by falsely claiming that the majority of her allegations were based on things that happened after the video,” Singer said this week.

“Her own complaint refutes this and shows that the majority of her complaints about Lizzo are based on things that allegedly happened prior to her April 5, 2023 video.”

“This confirms that she was willing to continue making false statements.”

Lizzo's former three dancers branded the singer

Lizzo’s former three dancers branded the singer “fatphobic” and accused her of sexual harassment in an interview on Newsmax last week, accompanied by her lawyer

Singer points to another alleged error in the dancer’s file when it mentions that Williams and Davis “were pressured into attending a nude photoshoot” when they were contestants in the first season of Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls ” were.

Her lawsuit states that the incident caused severe uneasiness among attendees and Davis was particularly distressed.

However, according to Singer, Williams only appeared in the first episode of the series, which was filmed on August 11-12, 2021, while the photoshoot for the fourth episode was filmed on August 20-22.

“She wasn’t on the show well before this episode, and she wasn’t there when the photoshoot was done,” he said.

“Not only is it wrong, it’s impossible that she was pressured into being in the photo shoot.”

The lawsuit also alleges that Lizzo confronted Davis about her weight gain despite knowing she had binge eating disorder and mental health issues.

Davis claims she was forced to “dirty herself” on stage during an “agonizing” rehearsal before being fired for secretly recording a meeting.

Williams was also fired while Rodriguez resigned. He claimed Lizzo was so angry that the performer “aggressively approached her, shouting profanities, cracking her knuckles and clenching her fists” before she was pulled away.

Quigley, who served as a judge on Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls, is accused in the lawsuit of forcing her Christian faith on the dancers, despite openly boasting about her “masturbation habits and sexual fantasies.”

The 35-year-old pop star is at the center of a high-profile scandal after marketing herself as a body positive activist.

Earlier this month, announced that it had been disqualified from examing for the Super Bowl LVII halftime show over the allegations.

Lizzo has called the allegations “sensational stories that sound incredible and are too outrageous to ignore.”

Her lawyer’s criticism came after Lizzo received a statement of support last week from her dance groups Big Grrrl and Big Boiii, who released a joint statement on Instagram defending her.

“We had the best time of our lives on the Special Tour,” her post reads. “It was a great honor for us to share the stage with such amazing talent. This touring experience was more than just #Special!’

Ron Zambrano, an attorney for Williams, Rodriguez and Davis, acknowledged that Williams was not present for the nude photo shoot but downplayed the mistake.

“We are aware of the first point regarding the typo in including Williams in this section, which is later resolved in the same section of the complaint, which only mentions Ms. Davis for this small part of the story,” he said.

“As for the other two points, we stand by the plaintiffs’ previous response during the interviews to the same requests.”
