A third-grade teacher was arrested while intoxicated on the first day of school Tuesday morning at an Oklahoma school.
Kimberley Coates, 53, went to work with a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit of 0.24.
She was taken out of class with the children when she started behaving strangely.
According to a video posted on YouTube by Law&Crime Network, local authorities confronted the crying teacher and begged her not to arrest her at school.
At first, the teacher did not want to reveal what was in her bottle.
But just by smelling the container, police concluded it was wine.

Ms Coates denied drinking at work and said her strange behavior was due to her anti-anxiety medication.
“I drank half a bottle of wine yesterday, I didn’t drink anything today,” she again denied to authorities.
When officers gave her her current blood alcohol level, she defended herself by saying she was fine before class.
Oklahoma authorities eventually arrested him at school. The teacher was relieved of her duties and has to go to a rehabilitation center.
