Amy Nuttall has “split from her cheating husband Andrew Buchan for the second time” after he failed to abide by the marriage rules she imposed on him after his “affair” with Leila Farzad.
The former Emmerdale star, 41, had brought the 44-year-old actor back after his relationship with his 41-year-old co-star came to light in February – but presented him with a list of strict demands to help them rebuild their marriage to help.
“Eviscerated” Amy has now finally ended their 11-year marriage and kicked him out of the family home they share with their two children.
A source told The Sun: “It cost Amy dearly to give the marriage another chance but she thought it was worth one last roll of the dice.”
“There’s no indication he cheated again, but for them it is.”
It’s over: Amy Nuttall, 41, has reportedly split from her cheating husband Andrew Buchan for a second time
They added, “She’s obviously disappointed but also accepts that their time together is over.”
In July, Amy was pictured without her wedding ring after she imposed seven strict rules on Andrew to follow after their reunion.
According to The Sun, Amy demanded weekly dates as they followed the 777 approach, unrestricted access to each other’s phones and absolutely no off-duty contact with any co-stars.
Andrew, who has two children with his wife, whom he married in 2012, also needs to FaceTime at work.
“Nobody thought they could get out of there again, but Amy decided to give it another try,” a source told the publication.
‘[Amy] does not want to throw away over a decade together, but at the same time is far from a pushover.
“They’re going to adopt the 777 approach, which means you’ll have a date every seven days, go out for a night out every seven weeks, and go on vacations for just the two of you every seven months.”
The 777 approach includes three rules, and the last one says their work should be done on an equal footing, it has been reported.

It comes shortly after Amy was spotted reuniting with Andrew at their home in Buckinghamshire, where he was spotted wearing his wedding ring.
In February this year it was revealed that Andrew had reportedly left his wife of 11 years, Amy, to take over Leila, 41, with whom he co-stars in the BBC crime series Better.
But just weeks later, Leila is reported to have returned to her husband James Maizels, while Andrew has returned to his family. The Sun reported that Andrew told a friend: “We’re on the road to healing.”
Amy reportedly filed for a divorce from husband Andrew in March, just weeks after news of their split broke, but it’s believed her wishes have changed.
A source told the newspaper, “Amy was understandably devastated to learn of the infidelity and wanted a clean break and a fresh start.”
“But Andrew came back to her and promised her he would change.”
“They have their issues resolved and are trying to move on from the love triangle for the good of their families.”
Andrew also played the role of Mark Latimer on the popular series Broadchurch. Since marrying Amy in 2012, the couple had a son in 2015 and now a daughter.
After being devastated by her husband’s alleged infidelity, sources told The Sun that Amy would regain power after the betrayal, while also claiming that Andrew and Leila have parted ways.

Family: The couple have two children, a son and a daughter, who keep them away from the limelight
The source said, “She told him she still wants a divorce, she was publicly humiliated and the pain was unbearable.”
“She thought he was at work when in fact he was often in hotels with Leila – when the truth came out it was like getting hit by a train.”
Andrew is said to have left the family home and moved in with Leila after meeting her while working on the BBC series together.
Leila married her husband James Maizels in 2013 and they have a daughter who was born in 2014.
